We collect the details you give us: name, telephone number, email address, suburb or town, the service you are enquiring about and the message you send. Candidates applying for placement also supply identity documents, references, licence and permit details where the role requires them.

How we use your information

Client information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange placements and keep in contact during the placement. Candidate information is used to verify identity and work history and to present suitable candidates to clients. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Sharing information

Candidate details are shared with a client only in connection with a specific placement enquiry. Client contact details are shared with a candidate only once the client agrees to an interview or placement.

Storage and security

Records are kept in secure files and access is limited to staff who need them for placement work. We keep information for as long as it is needed for the placement relationship or as required by South African law.

Website data

This website stores a small preference in your browser to remember that you have seen the cookie notice. Enquiry forms are sent by email to our office address and are not published anywhere on the site.
